At Medow Care Services Ltd, we pride ourselves in having a team of well qualified and highly experienced individuals, all working towards ensuring that you or your loved one are well cared for and are genuinely satisfied with the services you receive from us.
We strongly believe in nurturing our staff as a means of
enhancing their abilities when providing our services. To achieve this, we
ensure that all new employees receive full induction training as well as being
inducted into the National Training Organisation (NTO) standards within six
weeks of employment. We manage and train all our
employees with the aim that all our Social Care Workers achieve NVQ Level 2.
The Directors of Medow Care Services Ltd have between them, over 13years’
experience within the Care sector, from grass-roots care to management levels. They have a wealth of experience and qualifications within Business Management, Quality Assurance in the care sector, and one of them is
also a qualified Assessor and Trainer for the Care Industry.
The company’s Secretary is a former scientist with an MSc in Health, Population and Society from the London School of Economics and Political Science’s Social Policy Department, having specialised in the Health and Population of Contemporary Developed Society, and the issue of the UK’s Ageing Population.
